Aside from the programs listed above, what are programs doing?

Update from the University of Tennessee:

Our Summer Design Camp is going strong. High school students are making connections and learning about graphic design, architecture, interior architecture and landscape architecture. They are learning to use Rhino, a commercial 3D computer graphics and computer-aided design application software, which is an essential tool for all of our students here at our college. These campers are having a similar experience as what our students regularly encounter in the college. We can’t wait to see what else our campers learn this summer!

Update from Mississippi State University

Today we presented our cardboard sitting device project that we’ve been working on for the past few days! Dr. Hunter joined us for the critiques, and we were able to have some great feedback on the work done by the students. We began our project in the Cotton District, and we will continue and finish it on Friday. We can’t WAIT to show everyone what we have done this week on Saturday.

And an announcement from Thomas Jefferson University:

We are looking forward to bringing you a great online experience through our Architecture & the Built Environment Academy Summer Program. Meet our Summer Academy Faculty for your career discovery and deep dive weeks! Register by June 15th. #CABE_faculty

Career Discovery Week: Erike De Veyra, Assoc. AIA, SEED

Architecture: Chitsanzo Isaac BArch, MScs. Urban Management

Landscape Architecture: Kimberlee Douglas, ASLA, RLA, LEED AP

And finally from North Carolina State University

If you couldn’t make it to our Digital Design Camp this summer, you can still check out some of the exciting information and activities our students experienced. This video will share with you the ‘Counselor Portfolio Presentation’ our students viewed on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. We hope you enjoy previewing the projects our Digital Design Camp counselors have completed as students at NC State’s College of Design. We also hope you enjoy hearing their perspective as design students.

As mentioned at the start, we STRONGLY consider you still take the time to attend one of the Architecture Summer Programs.  But do NOT wait, as the summer will soon to end.

Best.
