If you are an architecture student or recently graduated, you would be well-served to attend. It may be difficult as the conference begins soon but do plan to attend at some point in your career.
I attended my first AIA Conference in 1986 in San Antonio, TX soon after graduating with my Master of Architecture. My highlight was visiting San Antonio for the first time and meeting I. M. Pei, the AIA Gold Medalist. I am so pleased that I was able to attend; so much so that I have attended an additional eight (8) conferences from 2006 – 2014.
